
Project overview
During my internship with Mastercard, I was part of the Campaign Intelligence Dashboard team, which focused on developing an analytical tool to help businesses track campaigns and derive actionable insights. Although the core tool was functional and in use, it lacked infrastructure for saving, searching, and sharing analyses. To address this, I conducted discovery research to guide the next phase of the platform’s development.
